The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 225 "An                     
Act relating to credits against certain insurance taxes for                    
contributions to certain educational institutions; and providing for an        
effective date" and recommended the Health, Education and Social               
Services Committee Substitute offered on page 2697 be adopted.

recommendation: Senators Donley, Little.  Senator Donley further
